Private Health Systems
EMBER is a personal health assistant that runs on your own device. It helps you record meals, training, supplements, symptoms, and routines so you can notice patterns over time.
It can organise grocery lists, recipes, reminders, and activity notes around your goals and preferences. Health information remains private to your own setup.
- Meal tracking: Record meals and keep a simple nutrition diary.
- Grocery and recipe planning: Build shopping lists and meal ideas around your preferences and goals.
- Supplement reminders: Keep a schedule for supplements you have chosen to use.
- Movement planning: Create exercise plans that can be adjusted after activity and recovery days.
- Symptom notes: Track symptoms over time to support reflection and more useful conversations with a clinician.
- Personal records: Store selected laboratory values and health notes privately in your own system.
- Local privacy: Keep health information on infrastructure you control.
EMBER supports everyday awareness and preparation. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

FOLLOW ALONG
